Center location in the very heart of the old town. 5min by walk to everything.
Very soft bed sheets and comfortable mattress.
Everything was explain and summarise in à WhatsApp massage at arrival. Very convenient.
Breakfast was included but too place was n an other hotel nearby, very nice as well.
Very cute room
The shower drain was clocked and the smell coming from the tubes wasn’t ideal.
The AC was too close to the bed and wasn’t ideal.
Small window (understandable because of the local architecture ) but view on the maybe abandoned building site.
No parking spots dedicated to the clients

Very cozy and charming hotel in the center of Nizwa. The decor makes you feel like you are in an authentic Omani house. Was great value for money. Room was a bit small, but for a day or two it is perfect.
The staff was very friendly and helpful both the person who did our check in at night as well as the day staff.

L’emplacement qui est top pour visiter la ville
Un petit rafraîchissement serait bien , le petit déjeuner se fait dans un autre hôtel qui est en travaux donc obligé de traverser une zone de poussière +++ et très peu accessible. Il aurait été correct de préciser ou de prendre un petit déjeuner au Niz café juste à côté .
