Lokalita - cca 5min pešo na vlakovú zastávku La colina, cca 15min na pláž, supermarket hneď pri budove, možnosť využiť bazén, ktorý bol hneď oproti budove
Výhľad z ubytovania - krásne sme videli more, východ slnka a vzlietajúce lietadlá
Toaletné potreby - na 5 dní nám prišlo, že bolo nachystaných málo toaletnych potrieb, najmä toaletný papier a sprchový gél - ale vzhľadom na to, že sme väčšinu času trávili mimo ubytovania to nebol problém + je možnost v prípade nedostatku požiadať o doplnenie

die Flat ist so, wie abgebildet, sehr schön der Blick bis zur Bucht von Malaga und damit auf das Meer, alle angegebenen Ausstattungen waren so vorhanden, wie angeboten, die Verwaltung ist bei Problemen (bei uns war es nur der vom Vorgast codierte Fernseher) sehr hilfsbereit, schnell und freundlich, es gibt mehrere Aufzüge im Haus, ebenso am Haus einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine kleine Bar mit Außensitzen (Essen ist lecker!), der Pool ist im Außenbereich ist sauber, die öffentlichen Verkehrsanbinungen in alle Richtungen sind durch S-Bahn oder/und Bus genial, zum Strand ca. 800m, zum Flughafen 7 km (S-Bahn)
das Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Badewanne !, Fugen !; Fliesen !) und eine Renovierung wäre vorteilhaft,
kleinere Reparaturen in der Küche sind erforderlich, z.B.: war der Herdlüfter defekt und am Spülbecken der Wasserhahn undicht, es gab eine Unmenge an diversem Geschirr und vor allem Gläser - sollte mal aussortiert und ergänzt werden (man kann ja nicht alles nachkaufen (kleine Schüsseln, Kaffeetöpfe, Schere, Töpfe ...), es gab keine Schrankablagen für Kleidung, nur Kleiderstange!, Schallschutz nicht so optimal (in 13 Etagen jeweils 50 Wohnungen - in einem riesigen Wohnblock)

Good position with excellent transport link to visit Malaga or Marbella.5 min walk to the train station.
Fantastic view from the studio over the see and Malaga.The flat is equipped with all essentials for a pleasant stay.Modestly priced(in February)

During our stay there was a strong wind that made the shutters shake a little, the property was very receptive in this regard and promised to fix them (or replace them) for the future guests.
