Very good location close to Welsh bridge and town centre. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Great idea with the car park video, never finding it without that.
Tea and coffee facilities were provided, but there was only one tea bag. Not much use for 2 people staying over 2 nights. But not the end of the world. The filter coffee was very tasty.

We had to change rooms, customer service was good.
There was only one glass in the room and 2 tea bags for a 2 night stay. The bed was very firm and squeaky. There was only 1 cushion instead of 2 on the bed. The pillows were paper thin and no extras supplied. The lamps were too bright, need dinner bulbs in.
This is our 2nd stay, our room we booked last year was lovely. This room felt neglected and wasn't set up for a 2 night stay.
