The cleanliness, swimming pool and fresh new of the building.
The noise from the construction site nearby

The hotel is located nearby the famous hawker stalls (walking distance). Rooms are cozy.
Indoor swimming pool (got mosquitos) and limited parking space.

It was very clean and nice
They were doing some work on the street—unloading a truck all night long—and it was impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, the soundproofing against street noise isn't very good. Fortunately, the staff was incredibly kind and moved us to a different room.

coffee and location was good. The room is very clean and neat.
I felt the front desk staff could do with being a bit nicer, they often weren't very attentive, which is a massive change from last time I stayed here. Also you have to do everything online with the check in - I found this quite lazy on the hotels side of things. I think it's less personable when you have to check yourself into the hotel even though there is staff there
