- Booking มีการ Update+ยืนยันสถานะต่างๆตลอด
ทำให้มั่นใจในการเข้าพัก เพราะเป็น Condo, Apartment Service
ซึ่งมีหลาย Agency ที่มาประกาศขายห้องพักให้กับ Booking ดังนั้นต้องมีความน่าเชื่อถือ
1. กลิ่นทุเรียนภายในห้อง และถังขยะ
2. การระบบการรับกุญแจ ที่พักต้องมีคู่มือ ขั้นตอน หรือภาพที่ชัดเจน
ว่าอาคารไหน รับทีร่จุดไหน อย่างไร ไม่ให้สับสน
(เหมือนหลับตามเดินได้ หรือไปครั้งแรกแล้วรู้ได้เลย)
3. ความสะอาดดีแล้ว อยากให้เพิ่มการใส่ใจเรื่องฝุ่นที่หัวเตียง
เพราะผมเป็นภูมิแพ้อากาศ ไม่อยากพักแล้วได้รับความเจ็บป่วย
4. ที่พักควรมีคู่มือสั้นๆเกี่ยวกับเครื่องใช้ต่างๆ เช่น เตาไฟฟ้า, ทีวีและสัญญาณ
5. ให้ลูกค้ายืนยันการใช้ ทีวีและสัญญาณต่างๆ เช่น WIFI ที่มี รหัสการเข้ามาให้แต่ใช้งานไม่ได้

Location facing the seaview
One of the bathroom door is not functioning properly

1) Location is very good, easy to get around & plenty of eatery options, located just downstairs & nearby.
2) Panorama Sea view is great! 无敌海景！
3) Spacious living room & bed room,
1) Charging a premium price like a hotel, just for the view, but amenities is minimal.
2) Toilet paper provided is minimal, almost running out of it on the last day.
3) Only 1 hair dryer provided, and it's fixed to the master bath, can't bring it downstairs for others to use.
4) Charges applied for changing of bath towels, this is too ridiculous, should permit at least 1 time free changing for min. 3 days stay. I've stayed for 5 days!
5) The place is a bit run down although the unit's maintenance is ok. The bathrooms have a little stuffy / mushy smell, some stains & downstairs bathroom's door is faulty (can't lock properly), so is the upstairs toilet's door (whole hand bar is gone!).
