The Jubilee by Supercity Aparthotels

Location, large, well equipped apartment. Comfy bed. High quality shower and room finish.

Blinds not blocking out light well. Noise from street.

Very quiet, no noise from other guests. Very clean and comfortable

Extractor noise in the bedroom

Everything it was lovely

It would be lovely if it was a property with balconies

Though the bed was comfortable and the location was great 😃

I was really disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked a room with a bath because I am disabled and need one, but on arrival I was given a room without a bath instead. When I spoke to reception, I was simply told there was nothing they could do. As a result, I wasn't able to wash properly for the entire stay, which was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable. The room was also unbearably hot. I asked if I could have an extra fan and was initially told to come to reception to collect one, only to then be told they couldn't provide one after all. There seemed to be very little willingness to help with either issue. Mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of effort to resolve the problems or offer any alternative. I expected much better customer service, especially given that my accessibility needs had been made clear when booking.
