The unit we stayed in was clean and nicely decorated with updated furniture and decor. There were adequate amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was medium firm and very comfortable. The pillows were extremely comfortable. The unit would get humid during the day, and sometimes smelled a little stale when we would return from a day out. We had a lovely view of the river from our balcony, but the pool was right below us and could get noisy at times. The overall complex was not nearly as nice as the unit itself. The hallway carpet had stains and smelled unpleasant at times, and the elevator smelled very musty. We never utilized the pool or the laundry facilities, so I can't speak on those. The parking was good, close to the entrance. The property manager was wonderful and very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cordova Arms! It has a great location, and the staff was very accommodating to our needs! Easy process all throughout and we would definitely choose to stay there again if we are in the area!
