Our stay was amazing. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and well kept. The host was also great. We would definitely stay again.

Close to several shops for food and other needed items. Also pretty close to the beach.

The Cordova Arms is a great alternative to staying at a hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Great value and very nice spacious apartment well suited for a longer stay.

This was my second time staying here. While the apartment itself and the amenities were top-notch, the location of the unit was disappointing, and the A/C unit was quite loud.Unfortunately, my apartment was directly next to the elevator. Every time people entered or exited, it sounded as if they were right inside my unit — it was extremely noisy. The A/C unit also made a loud noise for the first 5 minutes every time it kicked on, which happened about 5–8 times a day. It definitely became irritating after a while.Word of advice: Avoid booking a unit next to the elevator.Aside from that, I truly love this place and would definitely stay again — just in a different unit!
