Orvieto Rocca Fiorita

Posizione del B&b: nel tragitto da e verso Orvieto si ha la possibilità di ammirare il profilo della cittadina adagiata sulla roccia. La posizione lo rende per altro un posto silenzioso. Stanza molto spaziosa e pulita (lenzuola e asciugamani lindi, pareti immacolate). La proprietaria sempre disponibile e premurosa (ci ha fatto trovare cialde del caffè, latte, acqua e brioche pur non essendo compresa nel prezzo la colazione). Tavolino esterno con possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. Bagno comodo e pulito.

The property was beautiful with an arbour and roses right out the door! The studio room was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed to cook basic meals. The shower had nice pressure and good hot water. The bed was comfortable to us. The owners were very helpful and provided any information we asked for.

Although we liked that it is a bit away from Orvieto, it is a bit of a distance and wouldn’t be great if you didn’t have a car. It is very close to Rocca Ripesena which is like a mini Orvieto (owners told us about it, it was sooo cute!). Window opens but has deep wells so not much natural light on the backside. We could hear some noise transfer from others around but it wasn’t too bad. Overall we loved it here.

We came here for a special occasion and the host made us feel welcomed and made sure that our day was super enjoyable. She told us all about the nearby places, the old town and gave us suggestions + told us how to get there. The place itself was really clean, smelt lovely and all the facilities were good. The location itself was stunning and the garden outside was gorgeous.

We had 3 adjacent rooms. The owner (Maria?) was so warm and welcoming. We had a wonderful pie and prosecco in our room with greetings for my birthday. The rooms are wonderful and it is few minutes drive from the old city We enjoyed our time very much!
