Friendly welcome by Martin leaving positive first impression of Isle of Wight as we first arrived in Shanklin, after travelling from Midlands - Southampton.
Checking in and out was easy as Martin lives just 5 - 10 minutes away.
Very close to Shanklin Beach esplanade, walking distance to Shanklin Chine top attrance.
Family room no 2 was spotless
They even have dining room with a corner for the kids to sit and play.
Nothing too major. Just the single mattresses are more comfy than the double mattress 😅
And the single mattress bit smaller than the bed frame thus maybe could be of risk of hazard to little ones.

Wonderful location. The member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again as the family room with balcony was great value for money
