Really spacious, well located property. Good for a family, although not for young children because of the steep staircase.

It was a nice clean apartment but there wasn’t enough toilet paper for the stay and not enough dish towels or cleaning stuff.

Really enjoyed the apartment - for the size of the space it does feel like there should be two full bathrooms, but other than that no complaints

Unclear from the listing that there were different grades of property. Balcony shown in listing photos but this only exists on 1 apartment.
No air conditioning & it took 2 weeks for owner to supply fans - during a heat wave!!
Some of the apartments had bed bugs & their bedding was in red bags in the lobby for a good few days! Needless to say we preferred to wash & change our own bedlinen.
Apartment was clean but had no cleaning materials, e.g. small floor brush but no dustpan or mop. Washing machine & tumble drier worked well.
Cooking facilities were really basic, not great if you're staying more than a day or 2.
Location was great, 2 min walk from trams, & a small supermarket and 10 mins from a central shopping area with lots of restaurants.
Good parking, once you figure out how the system works!
Lots of people hung around the door smoking during the day, which was quite intimidating, especially for our 3 kids.
