Numa Rotterdam Coolsingel

The proximity to the centre of Rotterdam. The kitchen area was good, only thing maybe is to supply decaffeinated coffee also, as I had to go out and buy my own. Maybe also to replenish towels if staying a few nights...

Very, very dusty under the bed! I dropped a plug and it rolled under the bed, I got down on the floor to retrieve it, and there was a thick layer of dust on the floor! Also maybe supply an iron and ironing board.

Great concept, good position and great value

Nothing!

Hotel location is closed to shops and public transport. I like the working space on 4th floor. Corridors are large and my room was à good size, and quiet.

1 - this is a full digital hotel. Throughout, you received messages including pin code and all hotel facilités from à virtual agent. All automated, messages, no voice.. 2- If stranded and you want to speaks to a life agent, you have to wait 15 to 20 min, which was not convenient for me. You don't want to have an emergency in this hotel. 3 - Rooms are cleaned every 7 days only, so if you stay for 4 days, you have to clean by yourself; i was not expecting this cleaning rule. I would have booked an AirBnB instead. 4- While hotel is conveniently located close to shops, in the evening there are some people in front smoking etc....I will not recommend for a women alone, I did not feel safe 5 - Breakfast is not within the hotel, you have to walk to à restaurant close by...still need to get out of hotel , rush as Breakfast window is short
