De locatie is top. Eigenaar reageert snel op vragen.
Goed beveiligd appartement met slot en codesloten.
De regendouche is kapot, handdouche werkt wel. Lawaaiige omgeving. In 4 dagen geen nieuw wc papier en handdoeken. Houdt er ook rekening mee dat het tweepersoonsbed erg krap is voor 2 volwassenen. Stoel was kapot.

Great location, close to Paddington Station and restaurants. Spacious room, ideal for short term tourist stop over.
Difficulties encountered with lock box key access, nominated box open without key. Also, problematic operational issues encountered with digital room look. Provider responded timely, to facilitate complex and room access. Bed edge too soft to cope with two adults.
