We had a wonderful time staying here while in Nice! The flat is convenient to everything, and sitting on the balcony was the best way to begin and end the day. The interior is spacious, beds/couch are comfortable, and it was great to have a washer/dryer combo.

Beautiful condo with even better view from the balcony, great location with beach directly across the street. Our host was great with communication. Walkable to many shops and restaurants, and excellent air conditioning. A couple things to be aware of- although 2 bathrooms, one is actually a half bath so there is only one shower. Also the combo washer/dryer was slow and did not dry well, so we ended up going to a laundromat around the corner. The beach across the street is rocky but otherwise fantastic. Rather than travel to another beach, we just bought 10 water shoes in town and enjoyed this great nearby location (and being able to leave valuables in the condo vs out on the beach) Overall it was a great stay, really good value/space for the , and we would stay here again in the future

Ann’s condo is in a prime location on the ocean front promenade in Nice. There are lots of first class pastry shops and cafes near the walking distance. I highly recommend her place for your stay.

This was a wonderful location with a beautiful view and great amenities! Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
