Incredible host with great English and super responsive. Location was great and close to everything without being right in the middle of the busyness.
The host showed great hospitality with kind gestures.
AC was cold. We stayed in 2 other VRBO's across France and this was the best by far. As advertised. We would stay here again.

Super clean, comfortable and functional apartment. It was in such a convenient position - for restaurants, shops, trams, rail station and airport. The owners were so helpful in answering our questions.

Wonderful flat in downtown Nice. Parking, supermarket and bakery in walking distance. Short stroll to the old town with shops and restaurants as well as to the Promenade des Anglais. Only downside was that flat was poorly soundproofed so that you could hear the neighbours walking around at times.
