Beautiful new riad, great service by Mohammed and the team. Lovely entrance courtyard greeting with tea and water. High quality toiletries. Tasty breakfast with slight variations of home cooked cakes, etc. great location. Highly recommend this place. I was staying with my parents in the triple room - enough space for all 3 of us. Met the owner a few times - friendly lady with an amazing eye for interior decor.

Cannot be helped but there are some big renovations being done to the other half of your property. If you intend to lie-in / nap after a late arriving flight / early sunrise hot air balloon trip, please be advised the noise will most likely disturb you. Saying that, it is out of their control, and work needs to be completed - and given how wonderful the completed first half of the riad is, we are looking forward to staying again in the future to see what wonderful work has been done ☺️

Superwarme ontvangst met alsook zalige rooftop en kamer! Je kon met alle vragen steeds terecht. Wij komen zeker terug en bevelen het ten zeerste aan!!

Terrific place, location and staff. Will definitely stay here again

Breakfast was super - freshly made each morning. Not a lot of selection - just eggs and bread every day but still enough to sustain you until lunch. Maybe a tip would be to use butter instead of argan oil for cooking eggs. Argan oil can be very overpowering, especially when you're not used to it.

The weather was very unseasonal for our few days in Marrakech - we had 2 hours of sunshine in 6 days! :-( As a result, this rather new riad was quite cold and noisy (due to the rain falling on the plastic covering the roof in the middle. This was not the fault of the hotel as they had a few gas heaters in the building and this made a great differerence. The air conditioners were also heaters and this was great and really necessary. But the building lacked warmth in general.
