The apartment was well appointed with dishwashing, laundry and dishwasher liquids. There were also bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as soft soap for hands. The full sized fridge was a bonus and there was enough cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. I appreciated that the host replied immediately when I messaged. The view from the 30th floor was wonderful.
I didn’t like how I had to collect the keys from such a separate location. Especially when the front staff would not watch my bags while I went to retrieve the keys forcing me to lug bags there and back again. For people visiting an unknown city this causes some distress.
The double bed in the 2nd bedroom was TOO soft:(
