Apartment was in an excellent location, with convenient access to Melbourne Central, tram stops and Queen Victoria Market. The host was also very responsive to my queries which was greatly appreciated.
Mattresses were a bit soft, but I think Australians prefer softer mattresses.

The location was good and the view was good. The decor was nice. Once I got on to the person who owned it he was friendly and helpful. Coffee machine.
Dirty blind and broken drawer in 2nd bedroom. Hard to pick up keys they were a little distance away and would be easier if they could do a deal with the reception desk at the building to give out keys. Beds were quite saggy. Kitchen quite basic, No wine glasses and no tea bags. I was a bit surprised that it was airbnb as I was not aware that booking.com. had airbnbs. I would have preferred to know

This fully self-contained apartment (on the 46th floor!) was everything we needed and more. Securing the key was relatively easy and the walk to the apartment was safe and secure. There are two large rooms with storage. The kitchenette is very functional, with a toaster, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. Beds were super comfy as were the pillows. The views from the balcony are fantastic. Instructions from property owners were clear and easy to follow. The pool is stunning on level 318. Gym and sauna on levels 8 and/or 11.
Strange beeping - it was the dishwasher (before you check every cupboard and turn every appliance off and on) - it's a pull out drawer near the pantry. When you leave - you need to manually lock the door with the key otherwise it doesn't lock.

Great location, nice size, comfortable beds, enjoyable indoor pool.
Didn’t know how to open balcony door.
Some basic things like milk, more teabags would have been welcome.
