The location was perfect for our purpose. It was between the university and downtown. Having two bathrooms was a luxury.
The steps, especially the first one from the top, were hard to see, and it can be dangerous for older people who lack physical strength and have poor vision. I almost fell down the stairs. Perhaps it would be helpful if they could draw fluorescent tape on the stairs or do something to draw attention.
