Being on Smith St was lovely during the day, the rear balcony was beautiful in the sunshine. The apartment is very spacious with great decor.
There are several night clubs directly opposite which despite the double glazing kept us awake for hours due the low frequency bass beats. Fine if you are here to party but not so much if your focus is daytime activities.

Very spacious studio apartment with lovely, interesting decor. Great location close to good bars and cafes and very close to tram to city.

Location , the size of the spacious apartment, all the cooking extras that you would need to buy were there.
I thought very peaceful in the heart of all the night life.
Only a couple other units & they had lovely owners.
Only one little thing was no dryer.
Has a great balcony & drying air rack but when a bit cold & raining can’t freshen dry towels or cloths . This just a personal thing.
Otherwise loved the stay & no negatives
