Excellent location. Spacious and well appointed. Dish washer was a bonus.
Never got to meet the host, first time on our travels. Not a deal breaker tho. Towels should be upgraded.

The location was great! We could walk to the Colosseum and all the nearby areas. There is a little area right down the street with restaurants, a fountain with fresh water, gelato, and everything you need nearby!
The only thing we didn't like was walking up three flights of stairs with our luggage. But it was worth it! Builds muscles! LOL! It's to be expected in older apartments.
