Very welcoming. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and within easy walking distance from the centre. Nicely cooked, tasty breakfast

Lovely house in a great location.
Very friendly hosts, with helpful local info.
Immaculately clean room.
Very comfy bed.
A window that opened.
Nice shower room.
Fabulous breakfast choices and service.
The toilet wasn’t in the room!
I had to negotiate 3 doors when I needed a wee?

The breakfast was freshly cooked and piping hot. Christine and Ant went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt very welcome nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and spotless, I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Whitby or the surrounding areas. Thanks Christine and Ant for a lovely stay.
I could not fault a thing.

Location was ok & it was clean
One of facilities in our room was not well maintained , we did report it & it seemed nothing was done .
We were only there for a couple of nights.
On the plus side it was clean & the breakfast was up to a decent enough standard .
