Great place to stay for the price. The couple that run it are lovely people and we enjoyed our stay

It's a good place for the price and it is easy to come and go as you please. It's close to South pier, on the tram route into Central Blackpool and bus routes to Blackpool and Lytham and Blackpool South railway station for Preston and beyond. Fairly quiet and there are nearby facilities.

+ Great location close to Pleasure Beach
+ Clean and comfortable little room
+ The owner was helpful and friendly
+ Plenty of storage space
+ Great value for money
- shower was very limescaled and needs replacing
- would have liked 2 pillows each, only 1 each and quite flat
- a hand towel would be useful
- no spoon to stir drinks
