The location, comfort, cleanliness and cosyness were so good.

Breakfast N/A - ate elsewhere - 10% reduction at The Old Spence
Really convenient for the tram and for eating out in the evening in Leith.
The left luggage app didn't work so a member of staff had to intervene.
No tea spoons in the room!

Maybe it was in the original reservation information, but I was a bit shocked to have a basement room with only a skylight. I very much will stay at 3 John's Place Townhouse next time but with a room with windows.
Excellent cleaning service and very responsive to my emails from their office.
Being in the basement

Very clean, great area, close to tram.
Specific room was very small. Do not recommend staying in a basement room as there is no window or ventilation. Thankfully we only stayed one night, any more than that would be too much.
