Udaipur Marriott Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Udaipur! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran perfectly. But what truly made our experience special was the outstanding staff. Saksham at the reception welcomed us with exceptional attentiveness, and Ashok, who assisted us with our luggage, was exceptionally professional, attentive and courteous. His warm and welcoming manner really stood out and added to our wonderful experience. The entire team went out of their way to help us discover and experience Indian cuisine and culture. We felt less like hotel guests and more like welcomed guests in someone’s home. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!

Staff were so helpful with everything .. especially to the girl staff who shared their pins for fixing my saree. Also the salon staff fixed my hair exactly like I wanted after a failed salon appointment in town. Loved my room it was very spacious and amazing bathroom.

Buffet good was very regional with a lot of fake cream in desserts which weighed them down and made them have aftertaste.. I asked for my saree and lehenga to be pressed but it was returned untouched .. the big event there put a strain on the staff that was noticeable..

Swimming pool was mesh with used towel and used glass...No staff near at Swimming pool area...we stayed 2 nights and Room was cleaned on next day till 3 pm. Breakfast area is little beat smaller when full packed hotel...nothing in room Minibar.
