All facilities good
In the shower there was no place to keep my personal shampoo, soap etc

Breakfast was good but the menu didn't change...You should bring some variety into the Menu. Quality of fruits could have been better.
The bathroom was stinking...The water pressure in the room was low. Both these issues were brought to the notice of Ms. Khuhboo within a couple of hours of our check-in. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days but did not get any feedback from Khushboo. And not only that, she started looking thru us and refused to even acknowledge our presence. Very transactional....and very far removed from a typical warm personality which one experiences in good hotels.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. The hospitality was outstanding, with a warm welcome and exceptional care throughout our stay. The food was excellent, the room was immaculate, and every little detail was perfectly taken care of. Everything exceeded our expectations, reflecting the highest standards of quality and service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Truly unforgettable and highly recommended!

Hotel has good landscaping and nice outdoor areas. Rooms are good as well.
Our bathroom exhaust was not working and it was smelly for most of the stay. inspite of informing hotel staff it was not fixed.
Room service missed several requests for drinking water
Other guests were drying their clothes in hallways.
Above points may be acceptable for lesser hotels but not for a 5 star hotel.
