Had a great time at the place, the staffs were very kind and humble. Especially the hotel receptionist named shuwarshini (i think thats her name). She helped me with grab booking the whole time i was there.

After a long journey from Tirupati, I reached Chennai around 2:30AM. Thankfully, the hotel staff waited for my arrival after I informed them via Booking.com. They handled only the basic check-in and kindly asked me to rest first, allowing the remaining formalities to be completed the next day, considering how tired I was. The hospitality felt truly comforting and welcoming, especially thanks to Mr. Vivek, who was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay.

the security guard was the only staff who exceed expectations. room was clean

receptionist could have been better. first when i called to inform them that we will be coming a day advanced and is there available of rooms that we booked they said yes but when arrived suddenly no room and told us to upgrade to an expensive room. When we decided to go find elsewhere the room is suddenly miraculously available. next for laundry and room service. we paid in cash a fay before and they told us the receipt only will be given when checking. Upon checking out suddenly was told we have not paid yet and had to counter as they didn't provide the receipt. overall their coordination with staff is very worst. not to mention they didnt inform there is a local wine shop right infront of their hotel.
