The location of the WoodSpring Suites was very conveniently located to our destination. The staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with were kind and pleasant, but not very outgoing. The check-in process went well, however, it was very robotic in nature. Your reservation is for 3 nights, is this the correct credit card you want us to bill? Here are your keys, your on the second floor, when you get off the elevator, bare to the left, your down that hallway.
The room was nice. The "wooden" floor was fine, however, it was dirty. We booked 3 nights, and bought a swiffer floor
mop to go over the floor.
I did not like the fact you did not serve even the modest of breakfast selections. Your coffee selection is terrible. There was no creamers etc.
I did not like the limited staffing. We checked out with no one available at the front desk.or"
The pet friendly "odor" needs addressed.

Newer property close to many chain restaurants and convenient to travel.
Our travel coincided with the first Notre Dame home football game so this hotel priced high for the level of amenities. That could be a function of timing.

Nice big rooms, kitchen was big enough to prep food for a wedding party.

Room was very sterile feeling. They didn’t have any extra pillows. Employees said they ordered a box three weeks ago and hadn’t received them yet. There were three pillows on our queen bed for two people.
