It was really nice value for money

Room accessories to be provided before check in. All items were provided after check in and on request. Rest all was fine. Please make efforts to counter cockroaches (tiny) in the room.

We booked this hotel by mistake and asked them to cancel the booking so that we could get a refund. The staff tried their best to help us, but the management couldn’t reach a conclusion or process our refund. For this, I would also blame Booking.com. But, but, but… after having no other option, we ended up staying there for two nights, and honestly, the room was beautiful, neat, and clean. The staff was very humble, helpful, and polite, and parking was also provided. So, although this was a hotel we accidentally booked, the stay turned out to be surprisingly relaxing and comfortable. Sometimes, a wrong booking can turn into a good experience!

I liked the quiet view of the mountains and the quietness of the hotel

After flushing the toilet, water leaked on the floor (Rm 406). After a shower, the floor was wet, there was nothing to wipe down the floor so I didn't slip when going to the toilet. Initial email from the property said I was booked in another hotel in Haridwar, 90 mins drive from Tapovan.
