The villa is on two floors. In the ground floor there is a well furnished kitchen with adjacent dining and lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with exit on to terrace, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a glass door leading to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to enjoy a good outdoor food.The swimming pool is exclusively for guests. The house is close all the amenities of Cala D’Or and there is a bus stop at 100 meters so a car is not really necessary.
Coast/Beach:
The nearest beaches are Cala Petita and Cala Gran at about 5 minutes walking. The beach of the natural park of Cala Mondragó is at about 10 minutes driving although there is a bus to go there.
Travel:
Palma airport is at 60 km. Use of car is not essential although is recommended to visit the island.

There is a little supermarket at 100m and a larger one at 600m from the property. Cala D’Or Marina is about 2 minute walk and Cala D’Or centre, with shops, restaurants and music bars, is at 2 minutes walk.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this villa. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk to the harbour and town centre.Maria was very friendly and welcoming, showing us around the villa and explaining everything we needed to know. The villa was exactly as described, the pool was great, and the air conditioning in all the bedrooms worked perfectly.A wonderful place to stay—we’d happily return!

Great villa in a great location…the satellite tv in our opinion needs premium movie and sports channels adding to it and not just free view type channels…other than that the villa is superb

You can immediately tell that this a private rental rather than an agency. It's in an area of similar expensive properties. Very spacious and clean with everything we needed, including very effective aircon and a smart tv with English channels and access for us to use our Netflix account. It's in a smart area and only minutes away from the Marina, the centre and two wonderful beaches. There are nearby restaurants for all pockets and tastes plus a large and modern supermarket. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beside the pool and from the first floor terrace. The villa is semi detached but next door is empty when villa is occupied.It is elevated from a road but there can be a little noise from motorbikes. Better fencing or a higher wall would mitigate this. The pool is unheated and really needed a cover to retain heat overnight in October. Overall the villa is well positioned and amazing value.
