Set in the beating heart of Cala d’Or, Villa Luca is so centrally located that your shoes will thank you. Within minutes on foot, you’ll reach the charming pedestrian center, full of boutique shops and tapas-worthy restaurants. The famous Cala d’Or Marina? Just 250 meters away. Need a car? Only if you miss the feeling of driving.
Beaches so dreamy they could be Instagram filters… but they’re real
Around you lie seven idyllic coves, with white sand and turquoise water that looks Photoshopped—but isn’t. The closest ones, Cala Petita (a.k.a. Cala d’Or) and Cala Gran, are just a 5–10-minute walk away. Both offer food service, perfect for spending an entire lazy, sun-drenched day seaside.

Nice villa with all you need. Pool an ok size. Bed were a little hard.

Spent a lovely week at Villa Luca. Be aware pics are a little outdated there is no Gas bbq. No table with parasol to sit around to eat. Parasol around pool is unuseable keeps falling over due to rusting. Also no big comfortable outdoor furniture. Didn’t put us off the Villa is clean and perfect for families. Easy walking distance to both Marina and the town. Would definitely book again

On the plus side, the villa is very spacious and the beds very comfy, there is a great book collection for some light holiday reading, its a short walk to the shops, beaches and the Marina, communication with the host was fantastic and they responded to any requests promptly. On the down side, the villa is looking rather tired in places and could do with some upgrades/tlc. We found it strange that there were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances/tv, no welcome book with instructions or suggestions on what to do. The pool was rather cold and it only got the sun until 2pm but then again, it was mid October! The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood, with no noise from neighbours or music, however, the road is busy and quite noisy. Overall, we had a nice stay but it wasn't as luxurious as we were expecting.
