Great location. House accommodated 7 of us just fine. Nice place to stay with a larger family. Didn't end up trying out the pool since it was a bit cold, but it was clean. House can use a little TLC, but other than that no complaints and enjoyed our stay.

The House is cute and comfortable. Everything in Tybee is close — including plenty of beaches, food, shopping, and fun activities.

Cozy, well-loved property, but definitely some issues with current quality of upkeep. We checked in and the temp in house was 87 degrees! We were traveling two babies and an elderly family member, so that temperature just wasn't going to work. Downstairs eventually cooled down, but upstairs had a broken window and ineffcitent ac units led us to actually purchase a mobile ac unit to bring the temperature to a livable condition. We let property management know and got a standard 'sorry, we will note your complaint'. Dirty stove, very off smell (like hot, rotting milk) coming from dishwasher, and the second day there we discovered blood stains on unused bedding in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Again, reached out to property manager to make them aware and received no reply this time. It's kind of a shame, because this is a really charming property near the beach. Someone clearly put a lot of love into decorating and making this place, but we were disappointed with the responsiveness of the managers and with the overall condition of the property. We wondered if maybe the fact that the house is currently on the market has impacted the attention paid to maintenance ?A few pluses though: loved the little pool. Great water pressure, and plenty of space for family to hang out.
