This 2-room vacation rental has a living area of 53 m² and a southwest-facing terrace. On the first floor, you’ll find a living and dining area, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The Sünnslag vacation resort is approximately 400 m from the beach.
The sunny, furnished terrace is the perfect place to relax. The living room features a comfortable sofa. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you can show off your culinary skills with a 4-burner stovetop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining area is located in the living area.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. Curtains are hung at the window. A shower room is also available. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Tiles were chosen as the flooring in the vacation rental, making it suitable for people with allergies.
An outdoor parking space for one car is available right next to the vacation home. Bicycles can be parked at the house in a designated bike rack. Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht, der Fliegenschutz an den Fenstern wurde ja schon mehrfach angeregt. Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis stimmt zumindest im Mai. Die Lage ist top, wenn nan mit Hund ist, man kann direkt über die großzügige Grünfläche an der Terasse ins Grüne und der Strand ist mit 400m auch gut erreichbar, da ist dann auch gleich ein Hundestrand. Durch die versetzte Bauweise haben wir die Wohnung auch als sehr ruhig empfunden. Das Bad könnte eine Fugen- Grundreinigung vertragen, sonst war aber alles sauber. Wir können die Wohnung bedenkenlos denen empfehlen, die keine Luxusausstattung erwarten.
