For rent in small building on the first floor with elevator, apartment for 4 people, duplex, sea and hills view, 50 m from the beach in the city center of Moraira. The minimum rental period is 10 days.
Orientation: South-West (Direct view of the beach and the hills without vis-à-vis).
Moraira is located 65 km north of Alicante and about a hundred kilometres south of Valencia. It is therefore easily accessible from the two international airports of these two cities.
Moraira is a wonderful and peaceful little resort town located on the east coast of Spain called Costa Blanca because of its many beaches of fine white sand.
Water temperature in summer 27°. Ambient temperature in July and August between 25° and 35°.

We know Moraira well having visited for over 35 years. We recently sold our property in nearby Teulada, so wanted to experience staying right by the sea - and we loved it. The duplex apartment was just what we wanted - main living accommodation downstairs ( WC), with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs - and balconies for dining, looking at the sea, or being alone. The kitchen is well equipped, and washing machinedryer conveniently located upstairs. We couldn't wish for more. Yes, being just above all the bars/restaurants can be a little noisy towards closing time - but waking to only the sounds of the sea and the birds is wonderful!
