Fully remodeled 2 story, first floor villa with private courtyard located in Hilton Head Beach Club. Reserved parking at your front door makes unloading a breeze. This quiet, private villa is located just one block from the beach, Coligny Plaza and Hilton Heads new Lowcountry Celebration Park. This remodel includes 'driftwood' flooring throughout, new kitchen cabinets, granite counters and all new appliances (full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker). You will also find a first floor washer/dryer for your convenience. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, private attached bath and your own balcony overlooking the courtyard. The guest bedroom has twin bunk bed with a separate queen bed to comfortably sleep 4. Enjoy the on-site pool, or beach just one block away. Tennis, biking, shopping and dinning at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the villa. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Property matched the description. Great for our family of four. It was well maintained and spotless when arrived. Host was great and had quick response. Easy walk to the beach. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

I think the unit could have been cleaner. The bedspreads needed a good wash.
