This second-story villa features a bright and open floor plan designed for effortless coastal living. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the comforts of home and flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, creating an ideal space for gathering. Large sliding glass doors fill the living room with natural light and open to a private balcony overlooking the peaceful lagoon and fountain—an ideal spot to relax after a day at the beach.
Upstairs, both bedrooms offer privacy and comfort, each with its own ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV. The place was not cleaned properly before we checked in. The bathrooms had heavy traces of hair. The toilets were simply nasty. We spent the first hour cleaning up behind the previous guests in these areas.
The kitchen counter tops were still dirty with sticky residue from not being properly wiped down.
The rest of the week was great. But the initial cleanliness of the place was a bit too much to take in. Especially for the the price we paid for the unit. A refund of sort would have been nice. But we got a simple, “We apologize for the inconvenience” via email and a visit from the cleaners after we had cleaned up their shortcomings.
Hopefully, the next guest didn’t experience the same issues.
