In the equally modern stairwell, you can dry jackets and shoes and store any strollers, dog gear, etc. (heated) without disturbing you in the ground-floor apartment.
You can park your car, bicycles, or sports equipment in the spacious double carport; only you have access to the long gravel driveway leading to it. A traditional Sylt-style Frisian gate allows you to secure the property, which may also be important if you have dogs.

Pets are welcome in this home. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but is, of course, allowed in the garden.
