Marlene was promptly responsive to my inquiries. The Farmhouse is described accurately. The location was great for our group activities in the area. Our group was a little older, over 70. The stairs are steep; some in our party could not climb or carry their bags up the stairs. There is a bath upstairs, and bath/shower downstairs. Everything was clean. Amenities were listed and provided. Air-conditioning worked well. We felt welcome in the house.

The setting was spectacular! Very peaceful. The place was fully stocked and sparkling clean. Communication with the host was fast and easy. The coffee cake welcoming the family was a wonderfully lovely added touch. The BEST VRBO we have experience yet. Thank you, Marlene.
