The property was very well maintained and in a great location. The beach and the pool were not overcrowded.

The condo is super clean (and no artificial scents!), well stocked, and has a wonderful location to enjoy the beach and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for our family of five! The unit was clean, updated, and very comfortable—especially the beds. We noticed other families we were traveling with had more outdated units, so we really appreciated how nice ours was. The gated access to the beach and pool made us feel safe, and the provided beach accessories were a huge bonus for easy, relaxing beach days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Cocoa Beach!
