This exceptional duplex penthouse with its terrace in first line of the beach is the perfect base for your high-end stay in Málaga. The terrace offers an incredible view over Caleta Beach and the bay of Málaga.
Its reformed 250sqm maximise each of its spaces with smart combinations of usage, in the common as well the private areas.
The bright living area invites you to enjoy all together, opening up to the dining area and the modern American kitchen that provides you with all amenities on the reach.
The front bedrooms with their panoramic windows are equipped with stylish showers and ensuite toilet, as is the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom shares access to the main bathroom. For your comfort, up to two parking spots are available in the same building. Calle Larios and the historic city centre then is only 10 minutes away, 20min by public transport. Beautiful Penthouse apartment with everything needed for our stay.The rooms with gorgeous, modern, very clean and had amazing lighting!Our only comments would be.....1. The check in process is a bit laborious - having to get a taxi from the main road outside reception to the property was challenging and at extra cost.2. for the high price we paid for the accomodation, we would have expected a small welcome pack as there are no supermarkets very close by. Even some water would have been appreciated.3. We would have also appreciated some written information about local supermarkets, recommended restaurants within walking distance and recommended beaches. We only discovered the beautiful beach at El Pedregal on our last day! We would definitely recommend this property however - it was perfect for a group of friends.

We loved this condo! It’s modern, chic and the views are unbelievable! I’m a picky New Yorker and I would stay here again and again! The beds were comfortable, there is maid service every 7 days and a full working kitchen. The management company, Caleta Homes went above and beyond. The location was perfect- to the right was a 30-40 minute walk to city center and to the left was a string of restaurants on the water that were so nice.
Please get new cushions for the couch. :)

The apartment is beautiful with a great view of the Mediterranean. The management company is very responsive to all your needs. The only challenge with the unit is there is very limited instructions on how to operate the A/C and the stove, oven and the many, many, many light switches. The apartment is very spacious. I would stay there again. Christina at the management company is great!
