This high-quality, approximately 64 m² vacation apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the 2nd floor, facing the sun and the sea. With the exception of the access to the balcony, which has a small step, the apartment is barrier-free.
The apartment is also suitable for a wheelchair user, as both the bathroom door and one of the bedroom doors are 1 m wide.

The Hohe Lith Residence, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a breathtaking view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
