Casa Erbetta E is a characteristic and welcoming two-story cottage surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps seven people. From Casa Erbetta E you will have a characteristic view of the valley and of the greenery. Casa Erbetta E is 95 square meters (1020 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 11.5 km (7.1 miles) from the center of Città della Pieve, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 4.1 km (roughly 2.6 miles), a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles), the bus stop at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Castiglione del Lago beach) at 19 km (roughly 11.8 miles).
You will reach Casa Erbetta E from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Erbetta E, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Erbetta E is along a 2-kilometer (1.2 mile) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a route that includes approximately 30 stairway steps. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a bright view of the valley and of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 6 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table, and you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with guests staying at 6 other apartments.
 Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone and by trees. It is equipped with two wood benches and with tables, chairs and two deck chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the garden.
Entrance LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bottom LevelBedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.

You will be able to reach the laundry room through a corridor. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
