The perfect blend of style and comfort! Each apartment stands out for its unique style and instantly makes you feel at home and at ease. This historic property underwent a complete renovation in 2021 and has been welcoming guests to its four exclusive apartments ever since. From the large terrace and balconies, you can enjoy magical sunsets and take in direct views of nature and the mountains. Your friendly dog is welcome upon request.

The apartment, measuring approximately 133 m², spans three floors and culminates in the fireplace room in the attic. The custom-built kitchen on the first floor adjoins the dining room, which opens onto a private terrace. From the master bedroom, you can enjoy an exclusive view of the mountains from your balcony. Two bathrooms offer every comfort. The two bedrooms accommodate four people. Two more people can make themselves comfortable on the sofa bed in the fireplace room.
It’s a 2-minute walk to the Reit im Winkl cross-country skiing paradise, a 20-minute walk to the town center, and a 10-minute drive to the Steinplatte ski paradise—and yet you’ll still enjoy your privacy thanks to this property’s unique, prominent location. A comfortable, heated ski storage room is available for your sports equipment. Would you rather take the bus to the ski paradise? Leave your car in the on-site garage and walk to the bus stop—right outside the front door! There are also plenty of recreational activities to enjoy in the summer. You can explore the region on the well-maintained bike trails. Challenging mountain bike tours into the mountains are possible starting around May. After a hike or mountain tour along the many trails, cozy alpine huts invite you to enjoy a snack and Kaiserschmarrn.
