Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, flat-screen HDTV, and private en-suite bathroom—your personal retreat after a day on the beach.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with cozy finishes and convenient access to the second full bathroom.
Bunk Room: Twin-over-Twin bunk bed located across the hallway from the guest bedroom—perfect for kids or teens.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes available for purchase on site. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY (MODERATE): Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 14 to 29 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 14 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We have stayed at lighthouse before and loved it. This room was okay. The beds were comfy , loved being on the 3rd floor! Just a heads up on staying is to make sure you bring your own toilet paper, paper towels , trash bags( they only provide one roll) which is fine just wished that was communicated a little better.

We enjoyed the stay. Great access to the beach and plenty of room at the pools. The room was noisy. Every time the elevator was moving we could hear it and we were two rooms away. King bed slept great and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Living room furniture had seen better days not comfortable. Needs some repairs.

The property was great! Very clean. The fridge was already on when we arrived. This is a major plus for me because we arrive with cold stuff. The third floor is where it is at. You park right outside the room and no wait time for the elevator.

Nice view. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Condo needs a lot of work. Mold on ceiling in master bathroom. Paint on ceiling in there peeling off. Carpeting in master bedroom closet is filthy. Shower door in master doesn't close properly. Water leaks out onto bathroom floor. Couch and chair in living room needs to be cleaned. Burner on stove is popped up and won't go down.
