This condo is a wonderful home base for your Gulf Shores adventures - mere steps from the beach and the resort amenities downstairs, with central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer to welcome you back each afternoon. Great place! 6 in our crew and plenty of room. Only downside was the living room furniture, the couch was very old and there weren’t a lot of places for everyone to sit when the weather wasn’t cooperating. The balcony

I chose this condo over similar listings because of the ratings and comments on cleanliness. Unfortunately this unit needs a significant deep clean! The baseboards were very dirty throughout the unit as was the wall near the kitchen garbage. Cabinets above the microwave had significant dust/grease accumulation. The master bath was quite unpleasant-most grout/caulk lines were black with mildew. The space between the shower and bathtub was very dirty as well! Several sheets and pillow cases had stains as did several couch cushions . The window in the bunk room was very very gross with dirt/mildew. This was very disappointing. The owner of this unit needs to do a walk through- and hire a better cleaning crew!
