☆This room is available for your exclusive use. Please rest assured that you won’t be sharing it with anyone else during your stay.

☆One week before your stay, I’ll send you information via Airbnb chat regarding key pickup, a map from the station, and house rules, so please review it. I’ve listed some of the house rules below for your reference.
Other Important Notes
This house is located in a residential neighborhood and is surrounded by the living spaces of local residents. Please pay special attention to the following points.
● Shouting when entering or leaving the property, as well as parties inside the house, are prohibited.
● Please remove your shoes before entering the house.
● Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire property. Smoking in the restrooms is strictly prohibited, and discarding cigarette butts in the toilets is strictly prohibited.
● The number of guests must match the number of people listed on the reservation. Please note that if the number of guests exceeds the limit or if there is any misrepresentation regarding the number of guests, a penalty fee of 10,000 yen per person—double the standard rate—will be charged.
● Please take good care of the room’s furnishings and appliances. In the event of willful damage resulting from use other than normal wear and tear, we will request compensation based on the original purchase price.
● Please treat the bedding with care. If there are stains that are difficult to clean and cannot be removed, we will charge a corresponding compensation fee.

Other Important Notes:
* The “Residential Accommodation Business Act” came into effect on June 15, 2018. In order to submit a guest list to government authorities, we require all guests to provide their personal information and a copy of their passport. Please be aware of this requirement before making your reservation.

・Please also be mindful of waste separation. You must separate combustible and non-combustible waste. Note: Littering in Japan is a criminal offense and is subject to fines.
・Please keep noise levels down and be quiet after 9:00 PM.
・Please be aware that if a child soils the mattress at night (e.g., by wetting the bed), we may seek compensation for damages.
・Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. All items in the room are available for your use free of charge, but you may not remove them from the premises.
・Please also be aware that compensation may be forfeited if necessary. In particular, please be careful not to lose the door lock or keys. Thank you for your cooperation.
