In our farm garden, flowers, culinary herbs, medicinal herbs, and vegetables grow in what appears to be a colorful jumble, but which actually follows its own seasonal order. The fruit trees yield a bountiful harvest every year, providing the basis for homemade fruit cakes—the perfect accompaniment to afternoon coffee in this idyllic setting.

Numerous recreational activities await, as does the Immling Festival with its annual opera performances. Go swimming, sailing, or surfing on what are perhaps Bavaria’s most beautiful natural lakes, such as Simssee, Chiemsee, or one of the lakes in the Chiemgau Lake District.
