- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access: Your closest beach access, about 0.51 mi (11 min walk / 2 min drive) away. It has about 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills, plus a long boardwalk (roughly a quarter mile) out to the beach. Entry is $3 per vehicle, payable on site or reserved ahead. Just note the gate closes at 6pm.
- Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access #8: About 1.07 mi (22 min walk) away. There's no car or cart parking here — new signage blocks cart parking along the south shoulder near the access — but there's a bike rack, and a pedestrian path runs along the south side of 30A.
- Seabreeze Beach Access #7: About 1.28 mi (26 min walk / 4 min drive) away. Park along the north shoulder of 30A near the entry and use the nearby crosswalk; there's a bike rack and outdoor shower, but no car/cart lot.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a nice bonus and made getting around easy. Beach access was less than a 5 minute ride. Communication with the host was great, and they were available if we needed anything during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice condo. Condo was clean except for large amounts of sand that was left in the garage that we then tracked in. Would ensure garage is swept out after guest check out. Would recommend more seating in the living room and a regular coffee maker. Kids enjoyed the bikes and the golf cart. Prominence is a nice neighborhood but the pool was always very crowded with limited shade and seating.

Very beautifully decorated. Golf cart was easy to use and made getting around so much easier! Smack dab in the middle of all the tourist areas. We had a few issues but the host took care of them right away. Very impressed. The beach recommendations and directions were very much appreciated! The pics below are of the beach down the road. It was nice to be across from Big Chill. We plan on visiting again next year, we would book this again!!
