🏘️ PROMINENCE COMMUNITY~
- 2 resort-style pools, including the large zero-entry pool at the end of the street with cabanas, lounge chairs, and a covered grilling area with dining table and sink. The North pool is heated March 1–April 30, October 1–November 30, and December 21–31.
- The Big Chill, right across the street: shops, outdoor dining, ice cream, a coffee shop, a bar, a cigar bar, a nail salon, and a huge cinema-size screen for outdoor movies and sporting events
⭐️ Pro tip: Stock up at The Big Chill's 24/7 ice machine across the street, so you can skip buying ice at the grocery store or gas station.

📍 BEACH ACCESS OPTIONS~
- Deer Lake State Park Beach Access (0.53 mi, 11 min walk): Your closest access, and just a quick ride by cart, bike, or car. About 50 parking spots, restrooms, and dining pavilions with charcoal grills. The boardwalk is about a quarter mile long. $3 per vehicle, paid on site or reserved ahead. *Note: the gate closes at 6 PM.
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access #8 (1.1 mi, 23 min walk): Best by bike, using the pedestrian path along the south side of 30A. Bike rack available. No car or cart parking, and signs prohibit cart parking on the south shoulder near the access.

✏️ GOOD TO KNOW~
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles at the townhome directly in front of the garage door (unit A). There is no street parking available but there is overflow parking in South Prominence.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
