Tucked away in the middle of everything! Quiet street with plenty of space and tons of yard! The large deck is perfect for summer and fall nights where on Fridays you can hear the fireworks from the stadiums 7 minutes away. 10 minutes from Riverbend. 10-15 minutes from UC and St. Elizabeth hospitals and 18 minutes to the airport!

This was the perfect size & layout for my young family of 4. Staying just off Northern KY Univ after school was out made for a very quiet neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen & responsive host.

It was a very nice place. The only thing is one bathroom with a large group. I also expected a grill but that is just me. My cell service was not very good in the area.

Adam made the on-line communication easy. The location was quiet and we loved that it was pet friendly. We had a very comfortable stay.
